October 23rd - Blanchardstown Centre Scoops 4 Business & Community Awards
On Friday night last the D15 Chamber, Business & Community Awards were presented at a Gala Ball in The Park Plaza,Tyrellstown.
Blanchardstown Centre was heavily involved both through sponsorship of the event and nominations to the awards.
The event is very prestigious and was attended by representatives of many of the Multinational Companies and SME's currently operating in the D15 area.
Four of the twelve awards were won by People or Businesses working or operating in the Centre…..
Presidents Award - Received by Blanchardstown Centre Customer Care Deputy Managers, John Robinson & Joe Murray for saving the life of a lady who had gone into cardiac arrest and most certainly would have died were it not for their swift actions and their training on the Public Access Defibrillation Programme (PADS). Green Property received acknowledgement from the Chamber for supporting training in this area and being the first Centre having PADS on site.
Contribution to Community by an individual - Of course Fr. Dan Joe!
Best Retail Premises - Sponsored by Blanchardstown Centre and selected by an independent agency - Won by Inspiring Ideas!
Best Licensed Premises - Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown Centre.
