C’mon Barbie, Let’s Go Party

 

Girls will have a chance to show off their dancing skills when the eye-catching ‘Do The Barbie’ Dance Tour visits Smyths Toys stores across the country.

 

As Barbie doll® launches her first ever pop video – a new version of the 90s hit Barbie Girl – the world’s favourite fashion doll and her friends are embarking on a national, fun-filled tour.

 

Girls that spot the amazing Barbie tour bus will have the chance to learn the fantastic dance routine ‘Do The Barbie’, created by top US choreographer JaQuel Knight, the creative genius behind Beyonce’s ‘Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)’.

 

Teaching girls the cool routine will be the stars of the pop video themselves come to life – Barbie’s stylish friends – The Fashionistas. Come and meet Sassy, Artsy, Wild, Glam, Girly and Cutie and learn the dance craze that’s sweeping the nation.

 

Girls taking part will get to learn and perform the dance on a giant Barbie dance mat in front of an over-sized boom box. Fantastic spot prizes will be awarded throughout the day.

 

The ‘Do The Barbie’ tour will visit the following Smyths Toys stores:

 

Sunday 25^th October:              Smyths Toys, Cardiff (@4PM)

Monday 26^th October:             Smyths Toys, Birmingham (@11AM)

Friday 30^th October:                Smyths Toys, Blanchardstown, Dublin (@2PM)
