12th April 2010 to the 30th of May 2010 join the fun and lose a tonne!

By getting your friends, colleaguesand family to sponsor you per pound of weight loss or by donating your saved "Goodie Money" over the next 7 weeks you could get your Flab-U-Less body ready for the beach and help save lives!

Our aim is to help Ireland lose 1 tonne in weight and convert that into money to help our most vulnerable patients, our children with Bone Tumour Cancer. For these children early diagnosis is critical, it can save their lives!

With your help, we plan to provide a new T3 scanner (advanced MRI machine) which will allow early diagnosis of many illnesses, including Bone Tumour Cancer, and ultimately save lives. This innovative scanner will be the first in a public hospital in Ireland and will not only benefit the patients at Cappagh National Orthopaedic Hospital but patients from other hospitals as well.

Such a vital development comes with a substantial price tag and we would really appreciate your help to raise the €2.3 million needed to complete this life-saving project.

We cannot do this alone, we need your support to help those who need it most!

Weigh-in weekly

• at Cappagh Hospital on Tuesday at 10 - 11 am or 6-7pm.
• set up your own 'Little Shrink' centre for weigh-in and support, with your friends, family or colleagues.
• free weighing scales for any centre with over 10 participants.
• weigh-in at any of the Coral Leisure Gyms, watch out for the signs.
• email us your weight loss to be included in our goal of losing 1 tonne.
