Announcement of Clarins Consultant of the Year Award
Through months of vigorous judging and testing, 2010's Clarins Consultant of the Year Awards has been choosen.
This was directly linked with the Clarins Sales Communication Training and on site evaluation of Clarins consultants across Ireland, which was carried out by Clarins trainers in each region of Ireland.
This year's guidelines for chooing Clarin's Consultant of the Year were as follows:
1. Ability to apply training techniques shown at the seminar.
2. Onsite evaluation in your workplace
3. Evaluation of store figures
4. Feedback from Area Manager
5. Grooming and Housekeeping
6. Punctuality and Attendance
One winner from each category was chosen to win this year; from Clarins in Department Stores and Pharmacy counters nationwide.
Well done to all that took part this year. However, there can only be one winer, and through rigorous screening and evaluation we are delighted to announce that the winner for this year are:
Department Store Category:
Winner Val Browning - from Debenhams in Blanchardstown, Dublin
1st Runner up - Denise Conroy - from Arnotts Department Store, Dublin
2nd Runner up - Leslie Denahe - from Debenhams in Tralee
Pharmacy Category:
Winner Ailbhe Rowland - from Sam McCauleys in Douglas
1st Runner up - Sandra Curran - from Sam McCauleys in Blackpool
2nd Runner up - Claire Hoosey - from Sam McCauleys in Fairgreen, Carlow
This year's main winner's win a trip to Paris, the home of Clarins, where they get to meet the founding Father of Clarins and where they will enjoy the Clarins experience in the beautiful French capital.
Runner up prizes included Clarins treatment vouchers and Clarins beauty treats.
